4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits. 4.6 Currency. All account balances, transactions, bets, winnings, and bonuses on the 777ox platform are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to Player Accounts.
5.1 RNG Certification. All casino and slot games offered through 777ox utilise certified Random Number Generator software that has been independently tested and certified for fairness. The outcome of every game round is determined solely by the certified RNG and is not influenced by 777ox, its employees, or any third party.

5.4 Prohibited Conduct. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

You are responsible for verifying the details of each bet — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. 777ox will not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted under these Terms or applicable sporting event rules.
6.2 Odds and Markets. All odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. 777ox reserves the right to suspend, remove, or amend betting markets at any time without notice, including after bets have been placed where market integrity is in question.
6.3 Cricket and PSL Betting. 777ox offers dedicated betting markets for Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, international cricket series, and T20 tournaments. All cricket betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of abandonment or rain interruption, settlement rules applicable to the specific market type shall apply.
6.4 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void by 777ox in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the applicable settlement window; the event result is officially reversed or overturned; pricing errors or manifest errors are identified; or the applicable sporting authority declares the result null and void. Void bets are settled by returning the stake to the player's account balance.
6.5 Maximum Winnings. 777ox reserves the right to impose maximum winning limits per bet, per event, per day, or per market type. Maximum winnings limits are published in the sports betting section of the Platform and may be amended at any time.

7.5 Tax Obligations. Players are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from their winnings or bonuses in their jurisdiction of residence. 777ox does not deduct or withhold taxes on player winnings except where required to do so by applicable law.

11.2 777ox's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.
11.3 777ox makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 777ox will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 777ox's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
12.1 By Player. You may close your 777ox account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method.
12.2 By 777ox. 777ox reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure, your right to access and use the 777ox platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, disputes, and governing law shall survive termination.
13.1 Informal Resolution. In the first instance, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 777ox platform should be submitted to the 777ox support team at [email protected]. 777ox will use reasonable endeavours to resolve disputes informally within 10 business days of receiving a fully detailed complaint.
13.2 Regulatory Escalation. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, players may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by 777ox's international gaming licence authority. The decision of the licensing authority's dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.
13.3 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777ox holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the regulatory process set out in clause 13.2.
13.4 Time Limitation. Any claim or dispute must be submitted to 777ox within 6 months of the date on which the relevant event giving rise to the claim occurred. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.
14.1 777ox reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 777ox will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
14.2 Continued use of the 777ox platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any update to these Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with clause 12.1.
